Personal training allows for one-on-one time just for you! Our Healthy Moms® instructors are specifically trained in pre-/postnatal fitness and can give you the attention you deserve.
Whether you know it, or not, your OB/GYN or midwife will often offer exercise recommendations based on guidelines established by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) which are safe and sound. Current studies show there is much you can do within the ACOG guidelines (especially if you’ve been exercising before your pregnancy) to further enhance your delivery and postpartum recovery!
